A 3 IN 1 product, it can be used as eye primer to enhance the eye shadow stay, as a matt eyeshadow, or as an illuminant to decolour the eyebrows.
The formula, enriched with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin E, is also suitable for those with sensitive skin or wearers of contact lenses
